How to Make Your Reservation

SELECTING AND RESERVING A SAFARI

Four things to do before filling out the booking forms:

  1. Read through the information about the safari and make sure the trip you selected is a suitable choice.
  2. Contact us by email, phone, or fax to verify space is available. We will hold a space on the trip for a short time while awaiting your booking forms and deposit.
  3. Be sure you understand the payments and cancellation policy.
  4. Read the information about Trip Insurance, Responsibility of Participants, Limitations of Liability and our Frequent Traveler Discount.

Before a booking is considered final, we must have the following 3 items:

  1. DEPOSIT: The deposit amount is unique to each trip: Please note that our costing and payment structure is customized; the standard information below should only be used as a general guide. The payment requirements and deadlines will be unique to each trip.
    • $600 per person for trips under $2,000
    • $800 per person for trips between $2,000 and $5,000
    • $1,200 per person for trips over $5,000
    • For trips over $3,000, a second deposit of $1000 is required four months before the trip
  2. RESERVATION FORM: This form should be printed, filled out by hand, signed, and sent to us. It can be faxed, posted, or scanned and e-mailed. It includes a space for your credit card information to pay the deposit.
  3. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: This form should be printed, filled out by hand, signed, and sent to us. Like the Reservation Form, it can be faxed, posted, or scanned and e-mailed.
